FAQ
What does Pilos mean?
Pilos is a Greek noun (πήλος) and means clay, dirt or mud. The ceramic pieces I create are inspired by ancient Greek vessels and nordic design traditions. This has been the inspiration for Pilos cph's name.

Courses & Cancellation
- Our courses are binding and therefore non-refundable. If you suddenly fall ill, please send an email asap to hello@piloscph.com and we will do what we can to help you find a solution.
- What you need for a ceramic class: We always provide aprons, but recommend that you wear comfortable clothes and shoes that you don't mind getting dirty. The clay usually comes off in the wash but it's always better to be on the safe side. We also recommend that you cut your nails - it can be difficult to work on the wheel if you have long nails.
- When you sign up for a class you get a seat at your own wheel, access to all the tools you need, unlimited clay, a large selection of glazes + tea, coffee and water as well as your finished fired items.
